A faithful man is like a cat
That guards his master’s fish
No matter how juicy, how fat
Takes no bite, doesn’t even wish
A faithful man is a mystery
Cuts all ladies off
They are history
No time to banter, or internet surf.
You worry that you’re fat,
He thinks your curves are all that
Misses your wisdom and maturity
In the midst of girls O so young and pretty.
His control is personal
Not dependent on anyone
How nice you look, how well you dress
No, his word is his bond.
When you find him, marry him
He may not own the bank
But you’ll rest easy; sing a hymn
Cause there’ll always be a reason to thank.
No, you cannot create this man
Transform someone into him
He is the reward of the woman
Who fears the lord; Praise Him!
wait I say upon the Lord. Prov.20:6
